2. Why nearshoring
Nearshoring is the practice of getting work or services performed by people in neighboring countries. You shouldn’t think of working with Rapido as outsourcing; we specialize in building extensions of your team in Mexico and ensure you do not give up your culture and best practices.
While offshoring involves outsourcing services to people in distant countries, nearshoring utilizes talent in neighboring countries. At Rapido, we specifically specialize in building teams in Guadalajara and Leon, Mexico.
We believe Mexico is the easy choice for nearshore talent sourcing. Building teams in Mexico is a cost-effective solution that offers multilingual, highly educated talent and workforce scalability. Discover all the benefits of nearshoring in Mexico (and Guadalajara and Leon in particular).
The cost of nearshoring can be slightly more expensive than offshoring, but it is significantly less expensive than building a local in-house team. While nearshoring in Mexico may involve higher labor costs compared to offshoring to other countries, it also offers benefits like reduced travel expenses and better cultural alignment because of its proximity to the US.
