Rapido Solutions Group was founded on a simple mission: to solve challenges that logistics companies face in hiring and retaining great talent.
In 2019, Rapido’s co-founder Danny Frisco was working at BlueGrace Logistics, helping build their Chicago office and grow their sales team from three to more than 40 reps. He experienced firsthand the challenge of hiring and retaining great logistics talent. At the same time, our other co-founder Roberto Icaza was living in Guadalajara, helping Coyote Logistics grow their teams and service offerings in the Mexico market.
The two had met when they both worked at Coyote, and they began talking about ways they could solve some of the challenges they had dealt with throughout their collective 20 years in the logistics industry. They both knew there was a largely untapped pool of hard-working, educated talent in Mexico — and thus, the idea for Rapido Solutions Group was born.
But Danny and Roberto didn’t want to be like any other nearshore or offshore talent sourcing solution. They wanted to create a company that prioritizes its employees' development and well-being. That’s why at Rapido, we believe in building a strong culture — because healthy and happy people tend to shine. And the result? Motivated teams who want to succeed for themselves and for our customers.
