Rapido Solutions Group Opens New Office in Leon

‍Chicago, IL April 17, 2024 — Rapido Solutions Group, a Chicago-based nearshore staffing company that connects US-based logistics companies with top talent is Mexico, announced the grand opening of its new office in Leon, Mexico. This office marks Rapido’s second location in Mexico, with its first in Guadalajara.

Rapido’s new office expands its geographical diversity and enables US-based logistics companies to tap into a larger pool of talent within the Mexican market. Leon is one of the largest municipalities in Mexico, with approximately 2.2 million residents and 1.3 million people in the work force. Many of the country’s top universities have a presence in Leon, fostering a significant population of young professionals seeking a desirable quality of life and affordable cost of living as they enter the job market.

When looking to expand in Mexico, many international companies move into one of the three big cities, Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara. In choosing to open an office in Leon, Rapido hopes to tap into wider talent pool. “With our model, we feel it’s important to expand into a market that doesn’t have the same level of competition as the big three cities so that we can deliver greater benefits to our clients and have access to a wider talent pool,” said Frisco.
